How to use the ecommerce onboarding checklists

Learn how to set up a customized ecommerce onboarding checklist and get started with Klaviyo.

Access and download the checklists

When you attempt to access one of the ecommerce checklists, it will first open in Google drive and be in view-only mode.

1. Choose your applicable ecommerce integration or SMS checklist from the list below. 

• BigCommerce onboarding checklist
• Magento 1 onboarding checklist
• Magento 2 onboarding checklist
• OpenCart onboarding checklist
• PrestaShop onboarding checklist
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud onboarding checklist
• Shopify onboarding checklist
• Shopware 6 onboarding checklist
• Wix onboarding checklist
• WooCommerce onboarding checklist
• Custom integration onboarding checklist
• US and Canada SMS onboarding checklist
• UK and Australia SMS onboarding checklist
  
  It's important to follow each checklist in the specific order recommended and as outlined.

2. To make your own editable copy, go to File > Make a Copy.
3. If you want to edit the checklist in Excel, select File > Download, and choose Microsoft Excel (xlsx). Note that some file resizing may be required in order to download.
